Attendance Line Correction
We apologize, but our attendance line messages were not getting put through properly for August 15-17th. If you have a student that was absent those days and you called the attendance line, please go to your Skyward family access, click on attendance, and make sure that it was changed. If not, please contact the office so we can make the corrections. Thank you!
Morning Drop Off Reminder
As a reminder, there is not any outside supervision of students on the playground in the morning until 8:00 am. Teachers and staff come outside at 8 am to monitor the students until the bell rings at 8:15 am.
School staff have seen students outside on the playground as early as 7:30 am, please do not leave students unattended at this early hour.
Students coming for breakfast at 7:45 am, can enter/exit through the office to get to the cafeteria.
Sunrise Strings Orchestra
Is your student interested in playing a string instrument? Please see the attached flyer for more information and how to sign up.
Picture Day
School picture day will be held on September 8th. Eastman Adams Photography will be taking our school photos.
Picture packet information will be coming home this week. Packages range from $25-$36. (Please note that class composite photos will be available. They are included in the picture packages or can be purchased for $12).
Ordering can be done online, or sent with the student in the envelope. ONLINE ORDERS- still need to send in the envelope with the reference code written on it. Picture envelopes are turned into the students teacher.
Picture make up day will be on October 19th if your student is absent.
We will also be doing pictures again in the spring on March 8th. Memory books will also be available for purchase during that time.
Parking Lot Reminder
Parents, if you choose to park in the parking lot, please remember to use the crosswalks to get to and from the school. Do not go over the concrete barriers, or call your student over through the drive through area. We ask that you walk over to the sidewalk and walk your student back to the vehicle with you.
