SCC Business:

  1. Call meeting to order -Hillary motioned Lyndsi 2nd
  2. Welcome
  3. Approval of October Minutes- Angela motion to approve, Hillary second.

Principals Report:

  1. Digital Citizenship report and School Safety Report – follow up
    1. School Safety Report School Safety Report– Dr Wilkinson presented the safety plan being sent to the district. All SCC members agreed the report looks good, Angela will submit the report on Friday if anyone would like to provide feedback before then.

  2. November Safety Drill Report- Bomb threat drill, went over it in faculty meeting 11/2/22.
  3. Review current year’s Landtrust plan, data, expenditures, and review if on course or if amendments are necessary
  4. Last year’s data
  5. School Accountability Report
  6. November Budgets
    1. Cell Tower -28,212.35 remaining- would like to use $500-$1000 for watch dog shirts- Motion to approve $500 for Watch dog shirts, Kat second, SCC approved unanimously
    2. Land Trust- 61,002.06 remaining- Hired 3 math instructional assistance, iReady, Reading Plus and computers. We must spend all the way down to 10%
    3. TSSP- $78,924.90 remaining- with this we have hired 1 MTSS assistant, BTS, computers, maker space items, 2 kindergarten aids, Science Materials and allocated some to School Counselor)
