SCC Business:

1. Call the meeting to order
2. Approval of May Minutes: Approved.
3. Organize the school council
4. Establish a note-taker for meetings: Grace
5. Establish rules of order and procedures
6. Set meeting schedule for the year and post on website: Refer to notes from May
7. Review requirements for open and public meetings: Open to the public, dates will be posted on the website
8. By-Laws Review: Attend training
9. Determine future meeting dates/times for the year
10. (2025-2026) Safe Walking Route Plan
    • Routes are not changing from last year
    • Arrows in the parking lot, drive under 10 mph. The right lane is for picking up, the left lane is for driving away.
    • When available, students will use sidewalks; there are 3.
    • Staff and safety patrol are out before and after school to help.
    • Safety concerns: doors, parking lot, crosswalks, and snow removal
    • Report concerns and approve concerns in October.
