1. Call meeting to order

3. Approval of March Minutes: Approved 9:0

Principals Report:

1. Safety Drill Report: 100%

2. April Budgets a. Cell Tower – $9,142.84

b. Land Trust – $39,284.65

c. TSSP – $55,004.24

3. Nomination update – a. Will send out community nomination forms when we get back from Spring Break – Newsletter

b. We will leave that open for 2 weeks

c. Elections will be digital this year and will go for three days.

d. They will declare if they are running for 1 year or 2 years.

4. Approve TSSP & Land Trust Plans: Approved TSSP 9:0, Approved Land Trust 9:0 a. Changes with reading: i. Want to hire 2 interventionists for SALTA (1 ELA and 1 math)

ii. Subs for conferences, planning days, and math prep and planning

b. Changes with math: i. We need more math manipulatives that are not included in the curriculum. We want teachers to have all the materials they need to be successful.

ii. Tier 2 will need manipulatives as well.

iii. UCTM and SibMe training

c. Changes with PBIS: i. Supplies to maintain movement, wellness room and calm down corners.

ii. Keeps budget at no more than $2 per kid.
