Dear Sunrise Families:
We are starting extended learning Fridays tomorrow. This temporary calendar change will last through winter recess.
Important items to note:
- Office Hours
- K – 2nd 8:00 – 10:00
- 3rd – 5th 9:30 – 11:30
- During office hours, you can email, call, or Google Meet with Sunrise teachers.
- Each teacher will send home a graphic organizer that outlines the learning objectives (what students learn and why), success criteria (assessment for how students know they are successful) and a checklist for the day’s assignments.
- Each teacher will either send home a packet with the language arts and math review pages and/or add the practice pages to their CANVAS sites.
- The assignments consist of English Language Arts, math, and completing any missing work.
- As time goes on, it is likely that more assignments will be added such as science and writing.
- Please have your Eagle return their graphic organizer on Monday. Our teachers will have various incentives for our Eagles to get the practice work completed.
