SCC Business:
- Call meeting to order- Kat calls the meeting
- Welcome & Introductions- Barb Winder couldn’t make the meeting but will be joining us next time!
- Approval of April Minutes- Review of April minutes for new members. Motion to approve- Hillary second by Lyndsi. approved unanimously
Principals Report:
- Elect Chair, Vice-chair, and note-taker- Sara nominated Hillary for Chair, Aimee seconds.
Kat nominates Lyndsi as Vice Chair, Hillary seconds. Hillary nominates Kevin as secretary, Kat seconds, all are approved unanimously.
- Establish rules of order and procedures- We must have a quorum to vote on agenda issues. All items of discussion must be on the agenda. All meetings are open to the public. We are required to talk about land trust, tssp, behavior plans, academic needs of the school, parent school communication.
- Review requirements for open and public meetings
- By-Laws Review
- Determine future meeting dates/times for year- 1st meeting in September 14th 2022 5:00pm
- Input from the Community if present-
- Adjourn-Motion to adjourn Hillary, Kat seconds all approved.
