Angela moves to elect Kat as chair, Sara M. seconds, everyone agrees

Kat moves to elect Meghan as vice-chair, Sarah C. seconds, everyone agrees

Sara nominates Hillary for notetaker, Meghan seconds, everyone agrees

  1. Establish rules of order and procedures
  1. Review requirements for open and public meetings
  1. By-Laws Review
  1. Determine future meeting dates/times for year
    October 20, November 10, January 19, February 16, March 16, April 27, May 18 @ 5:00 PM

Principals Report:

  1. Fall CBM data

Dr. Wilkinson presented Fall CBM data 

  1. September safety drill report and budgets

Drills went well.

  1. Cell tower – $30,916.59

Would like to take some for-teacher morale ($2,000 for PTC dinners) ($5,000 Holiday Party, Moral items, holiday gift) & ($3,000 PBIS Rewards)

            Hillary motioned to approve, Kat seconds, all approved

  1. Land Trust – $89,343.00
  1. TSSP – $98,539.89
    Increase MTSS assistant’s hours

Sarah motioned to approve, all in favor

  1. Input from the community if present/other topics open for discussion

Masks and what the different tiers look like within the school
