Dear Parents/Guardians,
It is important that we obtain an accurate list of children qualifying for kindergarten at Sunrise Elementary for the 2020-21 school year. If you have a child who will be five years of age on or before September 1, 2020, your child qualifies for next year’s kindergarten program. State law requires that all school districts in Utah abide by the same September 1st entrance cut-off date.
If you know of a neighbor who has a qualifying kindergarten child, please share this information with them and encourage them to call the school and register their kindergarten child. You can start the registration process by either completing the form found HERE or by emailing margaret.swanicke@canyonsdistrict.org.
