When we feel strong feelings, it can be hard to think clearly. We can use physical clues in our body to help us identify out feelings. All feelings are natural, but unmanaged, strong emotions can lead to negative behavior and consequences. Thinking about our feelings can help the thinking part of our brains get back in control.
