1. Approval of November Minutes – approved

Principals Report:

1. Final Report for Landtrust/TSSP: 
   66% of k-2 students showed typical or better growth on Acadience pathways of progress.

We did not meet this goal- we wanted to reach 80%. In Spring of 2025 81% of 3-5 students are proficient on RISE reading and we did meet this goal. 98% of Salta students will be proficient on ELA RISE – did not meet this goal we wanted 100%.

K-2 did not meet math goal

3-5 did meet math goal

3-5 SALTA did not meet math goal

SRRSIE showed low internalizing behaviors at 83% goal was 85%

SRRSIE showed high externalizing behaviors at 84% goal was 85%

We are good at putting things in place for externalizing behaviors VS internalizing behaviors.

1. Land Trust & TSSP update and review

TSSP: software, instructional assistants, solution tree conference subs provided, counselor .5 FTE being paid

We will NOT purchase any software this year – using things we already have. Wonders and our new math curriculum

LandTrust: Full time teacher in 4th grade – hoping the same for next year – assistants hired, solution tree conference subs provided

1. Safety Drill Report – 100% on all our safety drills for the school year

 YAY!

1. Indoor Days temperature – “feels like” 21 degrees
   1. 21 and below we are inside
   2. 22 and above we are outside
   3. We use the Weather Bug app

1. January Budget Review: Where are we at currently?
   1. Cell Tower – $10,047.38
   2. Land Trust – $71,722.76
   3. TSSP – $100,715.88

Moving some monies from software, and subs around which may change the total. Make sure we have teacher and counselor percentages allocated correctly.
