- Call meeting to order – Hillary, Kat second
- Welcome
- Approval of November Minutes
- Start time was 4, not 5 – fixed

Principals Report:
- Final Report for Landtrust
- Only carried over a small amount ~$50
- In 21-22 did not meet goal for Kindergarten math, seeing similar trend for 1st grade this year
- Met goals for 1st-5th grade
- Literacy – 1st, and 4th grade below goal (21-22)
- Details of results and plans reviewed
- Council all approved submission once funds are entered in (copy of funds allotment will be sent to council)
- Safety Drill Report
- New drill – Hold
- Also did an evacuation drill
- SNAP Plan
- Now called Safe Routes plan
- Sent home with newsletter
- Requesting to expand parking lot on East side
- Crosswalk and supervision across to Londondery would be great
- January Budgets
- Cell Tower – $22,159.26
- Land Trust – $46,211.52
- TSSP – $58,756.01
- Makers space is fully furnished – it is going really well
