2. Establish rules of order and procedures
   1. email address needs to be added to Sunrise website

3. Review requirements for open and public meetings
   1. Anyone is welcome to come to our meetings if they want to. Meeting times are published on the website beforehand. 

4. By-Laws Review
   1. We do not meet in December and in the summer

5. Determine future meeting dates/times for next year: 

6. April/May Safety Drill Report
   1. May= fire drill and evacuation drill
   2. Evacuation drills are required every other month

7. May Budgets
   1. Cell Tower – $14,442.70
   2. Land Trust – $17,271.06
   3. TSSP – $21,473.75
