1. Cell tower
   1. Stipend for Instagram: The district pays for those who run the website and wants to give a stipend of $500 for Instagram. Approved 7:0. 
   2. $4,000 for substitutes for teacher planning days. Approved 7:0. 
   3. Proposal to inform the committee after money has been spent, when the cost is under $1,000, anything over that amount, the principal would come for approval first. Approved for the 2025/2026 school year 7:0. 
   4. $4,500 for teacher appreciation was for all staff, which was $65 a person. Approved 7:0. 

1. April/May Safety Drill Report
   1. Done for the year with 100%. All teachers will have magnets removed from doors, and doors will be locked the entire day. 

1. May Budgets
   1. Cell Tower – 19,256
      1. Spent $8,000 but will receive more funds in October
   2. Land Trust – 10,126
      1. Under the 10% and additional items will be coming out
   3. TSSP – 19,263
      1. We need to get under our 10%. After summer payments for our counselor, we will be where we need to be.
