Principals Report:

1. November Safety Drill Report:

a. 100%, we did evacuation drill for November

2. (2025 – 2026) Safety Plan

a. We went over digital citizenship last meeting.

b. Safety report information was helpful. We didn’t see any concerns in the report. The number one safety concern is the parking lot. The action plan is to inform the community and ask for help from families.

c. Approved plans 9:0.

3. Sunrise By Law’s

a. Adjusted #18 to say April or May of each school year instead of May or June. Other members will be elected in May.

b. Adjusted #1 to state that parent/guardian terms are staggered based on odd and even years and that terms will be a 2 year term unless elected for a 1 year term. The district will provide electronic voting for these terms.

i. Even year seats up for election 3

ii. Odd year seats up for election 2

c. Approved By Law’s 9:0.

4. Review current year’s Landtrust plan, data, expenditures, and review if on course or if amendments are necessary

a. 3 Aids are hired

b. Reading and Math aids hired

c. We have been using subs for ½ day BLT’s and for trainings for teachers

d. Our BLT was able to attend the Solution Tree Conference

e. All Software has been purchased

a. Cell Tower – $17,773.38, lower than what we planned for

b. Land Trust – $25,549.10 not accurate, but increased from last week

c. TSSP – $49,974.68, not accurate, still adjusting, but increased from last week
