- Call meeting to order
- Approval of May Minutes
- Organize school council
- Establish note taker for meetings
- Establish rules of order and procedures
- Set meeting schedule for the year and post on website
- Review requirements for open and public meetings

Principals Report:
- Fall CBM data and previous year’s plan updates – Testing just ended on Tuesday so we will have all the data compiled for the October meeting.
- data is still coming in
- data is looking good so far
- supplemental program approved for 1st grade that is connected to 95% program. Training for teachers is coming soon.
- 1.0 FTE approved. We have posted a 4th grade position to add another teacher into the grade gen. ed.
- August/September Safety drill report: 100%

- September Drill – Lockdown Drill
- Successful but has some kinks. Faculty meeting next week we will go over the kinks and discuss solutions.

Cell tower – $23,485
Land Trust – $87,665
- extra 1.0 FTE was approved
- Last year .5 FTE was taken from land trust, this year we are planning to not pull this from land trust.
TSSP – $132,491
- ½ school counselor, kindergarten aides, MTSS assistants.

5. Living Leader – Approval to move Cell Tower Funds to help with this ($1,120)
- Approved
6. Parking Lot
- Grateful for the extra spots
- Extra spots create some kinks in the system
- Safety announcement to students on Fridays
- Prioritize cars and hold pedestrians (two stop signs at crosswalk)
- Parent concern: parking spots in the lot need to be saved for people/kids who need the spots.
- School resource officer comes out when he is able to.
- Put out in newsletters every time.
- Parent volunteers out in the morning and afternoon to help spread the message and rules/expectations of the parking lot and pickup/dropoff.
